Steps to use the NightOwl Mini Disposable Sleep Apnea Detection Sensor

Step 1. Download the NightOwl Companion App and press the "Set up my test" button when you are ready to sleep.

Step 2. Firmly press the button on the side of the sensor until you feel a vibration.

Step 3. Place one of the adhesive strips on the top of the sensor as shown in the image; then, place the device on your index finger and finish placing the adhesive tape around it, in order to secure it properly and prevent it from falling off during the night.

Step 4. Once lying in bed, make sure your phone is connected. It should be kept within a range not exceeding 2 meters from the sensor throughout the night.
