RENTAL FORMALIZATION
The formalization of the rental, regardless of the device that is rented, will be effective at the time you have all the documentation. Therefore, after making the payment TuTratamiento will contact you in order to inform you.
The deposit will be refunded when it is verified that the equipment has been returned in the same condition in which it was leased, deducting from the amount the expenses incurred for the loss of parts and/or accessories that make up the equipment and/or for damage to the equipment and/or its accessories.
It is the customer's responsibility to know in advance if the day agreed for the delivery of the device is a holiday in their locality, as TuTratamiento.com does not repossess the delays caused by this reason.
EASTER RENTALS
- It applies to both oxygen concentrator devices (home and portable) and CPAPs.
- The rental period would be approximately 11 days, that is, the device chosen would be received on 23 March, enjoyed throughout the Easter holiday and the transport company would pick it up on Monday 2 or Tuesday 3 April (depending on whether it is a public holiday in that town).
- You can choose between two different periods:

- The rental period is 7 calendar days. For example: the chosen device would be received on Wednesday, enjoyed for 7 days and picked up by the transport company on Wednesday of the following week.
