SCHEDULE FOR PLACING AN ORDER:

All orders received before 13:00 will be processed in accordance with the shipping method selected by the customer.

During the month of August and on Fridays, the latest time to place an order will be 12:00.

All orders placed after those times (regardless of the urgency option chosen) will be processed on the next business day, including orders placed on Fridays.

To receive your order, you must check whether your locality has a public holiday, as the carrier does not make special deliveries on such days. If that occurs, your delivery will be postponed to the next business day.

Delivery time: up to 4 business days.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday.

Shipping cost: free for orders over €120.00; otherwise a fee of €7.00 applies if the shopping cart value does not reach that amount.

Urgent Courier:

Delivery time: 24 hours.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
Delivery hours: 09:00 to 20:00.
Shipping cost: €15.00.

Urgent Courier before 10:00:

Delivery time: next business day.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
Delivery deadline: until 10:00.
Shipping cost: €25.00.

Urgent Courier before 12:00:

Delivery time: next business day.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
Delivery deadline: until 12:00.
Shipping cost: €20.00.

Saturday Delivery Courier:

Delivery time: on Saturday (delivery will not take place if Saturday is a holiday in the locality; then it will be postponed to the next business day).
Delivery days: Saturday.
Delivery hours: 09:00 to 13:00.
Shipping cost: €50.00.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Delivery time: up to 4 business days; valid only with standard courier.
Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
Delivery hours: 09:00 to 19:00.
Shipping cost: €12.00.
Option not valid for amounts over €1,000.00.

Same‑day Delivery (ONLY IN THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID):

Delivery time: same day if order placed before 12:00, ONLY within the Community of Madrid.

Tutratamiento.com will send your purchase with an invoice without VAT. You will be responsible for paying the customs duties and IGIC / IPSI when you receive the shipment.

IN‑STORE PICKUP:

Oxigenus.it gives you the option to collect your order from our facilities located at C/ Mar del Norte, 35 in Majadahonda (Madrid). You can choose among:

Bank transfer: at the end of your order, you will be provided with the banking information needed to make the payment.
