Features and Benefits

• 6-hour autonomy: The double battery provides up to 6 hours of continuous operation (setting 2), perfect for traveling, leaving home, or maintaining your daily routine.

• Full control: Monitor the remaining percentage and time directly on the device’s LCD screen or via the Inogen Connect mobile app.

• Low battery alert: When less than 10 minutes of battery remain, the concentrator will emit an alarm, reminding you to recharge or connect to power.

• Flexible charging: Recharge by connecting the concentrator to AC or DC power, or with an external battery charger. Full recharge of a single battery takes approximately 6 hours.

• Battery care:

  • Avoid prolonged use in temperatures below 5 ºC or above 35 ºC.

  • Store in a cool, dry place with 40–50% charge.

  • If you have multiple batteries, label them (1, 2, 3 or A, B, C, etc.) and rotate them regularly.

  • Do not leave batteries inactive for more than 90 consecutive days.

What do I need to formalize the rental?
Payment of the first monthly fee

Deposit of €100.00 as a security guarantee

When is the deposit returned?
It is refunded at the end of the rental after the equipment is returned and inspected.
Only costs from lost accessories or damage unrelated to normal use will be deducted.

What happens after payment?
Our team will contact you to request the necessary documentation and complete the contract efficiently and with support.
