Contact us to check the warranty and, if necessary, we will guide you on how to send it in for repair. During the repair process, we aim to offer you alternative solutions. If you purchased your equipment from TuTratamiento.com, we will provide a replacement device after verifying the fault, provided the repair exceeds the stipulated 4 days; additionally, we will try to ensure the replacement device has the same features. Warranty
We honor the manufacturer's warranty, with coverage varying by device.
Inogen One Devices
- G4, G5, and Rove 6: 3-year warranty (Device) and 1-year warranty (Accessories).
Philips Respironics Devices
- Portable concentrators (SimplyGo and SimplyGo Mini): 2-year warranty (Device) and 90-day warranty (Accessories and Battery).
- Home concentrators (EverFlo): 3-year warranty (Device) and 1-year warranty (Columns).
- CPAP (SystemOne and DreamStation): 2-year warranty (Device) and 1-year warranty (Accessories).
Some maintenance tips:
- Perform a full battery charge at least once a month.
- Clean the filter weekly.
- Avoid smoke near the equipment.
- Do not cover the device (with blankets, sheets, placed inside a drawer, etc.) or leave it near a heat source (stoves, radiators, heater tables, etc.).
